The room was fantastic! It had a great view and the air conditioning was just perfect for me. I also loved that it had a desk and an electric kettle, making it super convenient for my stay.
I didn't particularly like the soundproofing in the room, but that's just my personal preference.

The hotel had extremely comfy beds and the rooms were clean, perfect for a disabled traveler like myself. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious. The location was also great, close to the city center.

Enjoyed the city with ease, thanks to the Wi-Fi. Free gym meant I could work off those expensive breakfast calories. Buffet breakfast was worth every penny.

I loved the extra Pride celebrations at the Clayton Hotel! The staff was so friendly and accommodating, offering special cocktails and a drag queen welcome. The room was clean, and the location was convenient to the train station. I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel's location was excellent, with easy access to transportation and all the sights this city has to offer. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, even though there were some check-in issues due to system problems. The rooms were quite spacious and comfortable, with very nice beds and large shower cubicles. The hotel facilities were great overall, including a very delicious breakfast with many options to choose from.

The hotel is situated close to the train station, making it convenient for travelers. The bathrooms are contemporary and charmingly designed, with high-quality fittings. Guests can enjoy a stunning view of the city's skyline from the room's 12th floor.
Although the hotel has excellent facilities, some staff members need to work on their customer service skills.

The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of the city. It was very convenient to explore the surroundings and visit all the attractions. the hotel had a clean and modern look, which was quite appealing. the breakfast served at the hotel was absolutely amazing, with a wide variety of options to choose from. It was a great way to start the day and fill up before heading out for a day of sightseeing.
the air conditioning was not adjustable and we were not able to turn down the temperature in the room.

We had an amazing stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the action. The service from the staff was exceptional, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Our room was clean and spacious with all the amenities we needed, including a comfortable bed and a fantastic shower. Additionally, the 24-hour room service was a major plus.
A small issue at breakfast, but it was quickly resolved. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, luxurious, and conveniently located place to stay.

The soundproofing in the room was incredible. I couldn't hear a peep from the bustling city outside, and it felt like my own peaceful sanctuary. It was like having a mute button for the world.
